P.S. I Love You

We come to a point in life where we think we know what love is, the truth? We are not even close to its real meaning. No one knows what true love is except God, but it does not mean that we are not capable of loving. Every day of our lives, we do things that we love, we interact with people who we consider important, and we have many likes…Yes, these things are considered what we love doing. But, the question is, how do we know that we love these things? How do we know if we love these people?

Like what many people say on what love is: “Love is unconditional, it is pure, it is worth sacrificing…” these statements define what they believe love is yet it does not define clearly on what love is. For me, love is something that goes beyond what everyone else think. It is just an indescribable feeling of more than being happy and contented…Love is beyond beauty and it is beyond freedom.

We do not just love because we choose to; we love because we know that it is the right thing to do and to feel. And you do not choose the things and the person that you’ll love, it all comes naturally, unrushed, taken slowly but surely within the proper mind-set and limits… And that is the most wonderful type of love you’ll ever experience.

Love is more than just being in a relationship, it’s actually not enough. You must completely know each other well, understand your difference, and just make the most out of every time that you have. To love, you must first completely know yourself and most importantly, give yourself the respect that you deserve. Because in the end, it doesn’t matter what or who you love, what matters is how you give that love to that person.

When will you know if it’s LOVE? You’ll always know it… if it’s the right time, and it will be magical.
